The health and safety of the staff employed by TCL, people working under its control, or others who may be affected by processes and operations undertaken by the company, are and have always been of the utmost importance to TCL.

The company is wholly committed to ensuring that the business culture of TCL reflects how valuable people within and around the business are, and that their health and safety is of paramount importance to everyone at all times.

We are proud to demonstrate an excellent safety record, including no reportable accidents in 2006, 2007 and 2008 to date supported by well structured and fully documented systems that reflect this commitment. In addition to this, a system of continuous audit and improvement is in place, incorporating a monthly KPI Audit process reported back to the Board.
